About The Position

Wellness Brand Ambassador: Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry! We have attained this position in the market through our dedicated and professional team. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands and is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will spend most of their time interacting with local business within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and the services and products provided. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, samples, etc.) to the best of their judgment to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap. In addition, the Wellness Brand Ambassador will also help to create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor. Hybrid Salon Environment: As a Wellness Brand Ambassador, you will also work in the salon at Sun Tan City, developing your client engagement skills. In salon, as a Wellness Consultant, candidate will be required to make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services. These products and services will be the same that are being promoted in the field. Full-time position: Hybrid scheduling will include 20 hours marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.

Requirements

Responsibilities for the Wellness Brand Ambassador positions focus heavily on leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication skills, diverse in approach- able to recognize ways to capitalize on marketing efforts and ensuring outstanding client service.
Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent along with a proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment is required.
Ideal candidates will also have experience with hands on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic Computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Interacting with local business within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and the services and products provided.
Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, samples, etc.) to the best of their judgment to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
Help to create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task. Juggling cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assists with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
