About The Position

Are you the Wellness Coordinator we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our youth!  Cohannet Academy  is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Cohannet provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.  We are seeking a full-time Wellness Coordinator to enhance the recreational activities of our program. The Wellness coordinator will work closely with our Residential, OT, and Nursing Departments, as well as the residents to continually assess the needs of programming and lead recreational groups. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years or older.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

  • enhance the recreational activities of our program
