About The Position

Join a multiple-award-winning workplace as a Wellness Resource Nurse that serves as a holistic wellness resource for Independent Living residents, including assessment, health maintenance, holistic wellbeing, transitions, crisis intervention or problem solving, personal wellness navigation, individual and group wellness consultations, workshops, or educational opportunities driven by the Person-Centric Wellness Model; Supports community psychosocial wellbeing, provides quality resources for holistic wellness including allied health professionals, counseling, alternative therapies, and caregiving, and coordinates all providers offering services within the community. This position is a full‑time, hourly role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

  • Current state R.N. license.
  • Good clinical assessment skills and technical knowledge.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years experience in senior living/assisted living and/or skilled nursing setting.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Holistic nursing license, other wellness certifications or trainings.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
