Restore Hyper Wellness is looking for a Health & Wellness Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help clients discover cutting-edge wellness therapies, build relationships, and guide them on their health journey. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, educating clients, and achieving sales goals in a wellness-focused environment.

As a Wellness Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering the studio and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience.

Requirements

• Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
• Are comfortable recommending services and achieving sales goals
• Have experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness
• Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Bring positive energy to a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year customer service experience
• 1+ year sales experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership sales is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, positive studio environment
• Leading studio tours and explaining Restore’s wellness services
• Helping clients choose services that support their health goals
• Building wellness plans and encouraging ongoing visits
• Achieving membership and retail sales goals
• Managing scheduling, calls, and client questions
• Supporting studio events, promotions, and outreach
