Requirements

Strong communicator comfortable presenting on video platforms (Zoom)
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Access to a Windows-based computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life, accident, and supplemental benefits
Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance within digital systems
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls
Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve performance and share best practices
