About The Position

The White Glove Inspector is responsible for conducting comprehensive cleanliness and compliance inspections in nursing facilities to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with facility leadership and housekeeping teams to uphold excellence in resident care environments through evaluation, reporting, and training support.

Requirements

• Must qualify for company insurance and successfully pass a DMV driving record check.
• Proven ability to practice safe and defensive driving.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Ability to comply fully with company safety and compliance procedures.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency in attendance are essential.
• Basic knowledge of nursing home regulations and industry standards.
• Genuine care and compassion for elderly and handicapped individuals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct White Glove inspections at assigned nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Evaluate facilities using established quality and cleanliness standards.
• Accurately complete White Glove inspection scoring forms following each site visit.
• Prepare, complete, and distribute required inspection reports in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings professionally.
• Train and assist with training of Housekeeping Supervisors and housekeeping staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, regulatory, and operational policies.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with facility staff and residents.
• Travel extensively and flexibly to meet company and facility needs.
