About The Position
Wholesale Automotive Parts Call Center Counterperson - Experience Required New Holland Auto Group's fast paced always growing wholesale parts center is in need of an experienced Wholesale Counter Person to work in the Wholesale Parts Call Center. The position of Wholesale Counterperson focuses on providing the customer with insudtry leading service including parts sales with an emphasis on wholesale auto parts for all of our brands Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Isuzu. Minimum of 1-year Automotive OEM Parts Experience Required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year Automotive OEM Parts Experience Required
- Able to work well with others and learn new tasks
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Repair Link, Collision Link, CCC, OPS, OEC, etc. experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for new and existing wholesale customers
- Keeps the Parts Manager informed on the status of all accounts
- Takes customer orders and verifies requests, looks up parts in catalog
- Achieve Company sales goals and objectives
- Provide high quality service to all clients
- Provide industry leading high quality service to all clients
- Completes sales by entering purchased items into our DMS, confirming payment and issuing sales receipts
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading about new products
- Performs other duties as assigned
