Summary/Objective As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on identifying opportunities for the company to generate new business by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers. Essential Functions Be the voice of Grunt Style and begin building relationships with active and prospective customers. Build and execute outbound campaigns to generate opportunities through a high volume of daily calls and emails targeted to specific customer channels. Leverage multiple tools including LinkedIn, Apollo, industry news, GS connections, and other data sources to effectively communicate to GS’s target roles and industries. Develop, test, and iterate messaging that resonates with prospective customers and drives meetings with prospects and converts to new business. Assess prospective customer’s current and potential needs, determining appropriate GS products and services. Field inbound calls from prospective customers and route inquiries to the appropriate GS team member.
