About The Position

Since 2009, we've sustained an impressive 40% year-over-year growth and now operate from our 84,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled production facility in Sunbury, PA. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Wholesale Sales Manager to help expand our wholesale, private-label, and co-packing partnerships. What You'll Do As our Wholesale Sales Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships. This role blends relationship management, sales strategy, operations coordination, and brand development. We're seeking someone who is: Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, wholesale, or account management preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture wholesale accounts, serving as the main point of contact
  • Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and new product introductions
  • Support private-label and co-packing sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate pricing, account documentation, and billing records
  • Monitor inventory levels to support wholesale café product availability
  • Assist with trade shows, outreach efforts, and industry networking events
  • Contribute to wholesale promotions, sell sheets, pitch decks, and marketing materials
