About The Position

Provide exceptional customer service by processing warehouse will call and special orders: meet with existing customers to solve problems, collect receivable and CODs; improve customer relations and increase company sales and profits per profit plan. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9:30 AM -6:00 PM

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years of finance and/or administration experience focused on document flow and handling transactional processing with deposit processing experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization.
  • Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excel proficient.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to operate PC with appropriate software.
  • Scanning of back up support for checks, remittances, and other customer documents.
  • Must be able to communicate politely and effectively by telephone and in person.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle in adverse weather conditions up to 200 miles per day.
  • Must be able to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds and carry boxes under full weight of load approximately 25 feet, from vehicle into customer's place of business.
  • Must be able to operate a hand truck/dolly.

  • Perform well under pressure and in highly charged situations.
