About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Will Call Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure customer orders are accurately prepared, staged, and ready for pickup while delivering excellent service. You’ll play a vital part in keeping our warehouse organized, efficient, and safe in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
• Eagerness to learn new processes and systems.
• Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
• Push and pull objects weighing at least 20 lbs.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Bend, twist, kneel, reach, and climb ladders.
• Stock and handle large or awkwardly shaped items, including overhead placement.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no major or repeated infractions).
• Ability to load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage customer orders accurately for Will Call pickup.
• Ensure timely and efficient loading of orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided).
• Communicate with customers and team members to resolve order issues.
• Support other warehouse operations as needed.
