About The Position

This position requires high attention to detail. They will be responsible for ensuring quality, building, and testing the product to meet expectations set forth by Quality Control to ensure the perfect product for our customers. They will use general handheld tools along with computer programs when completing the processes. Quality is key, there is a Dyno (test stand) Operator who is responsible for live running completed units to validate build quality. Computer skills are preferred but not required. This is a fast-paced, team environment with an emphasis on problem solving and analytical thinking. There is a highly effective, proven training process in place for the right individual to join our team!

Requirements

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as Torque Tools, Hammer, Screwdriver
• Standing: Continuously
• Walking: Frequently
• Sitting: Never
• Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently
• Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally
