About The Position

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for full-time window cleaners for our operation in Sterling, VA. We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do no high rise! Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for some residential tasks. No nights, weekends, or holidays! This is a perfect opportunity for anyone currently working as a construction or warehouse worker, laborers, restaurant and hospitality workers, cashiers, servers, line cooks and retail/customer service workers. We are looking for candidates that maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service. No experience necessary. Growth opportunities exist within our company. Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00am – 2:00pm. Pay ($15+) per hour based on performance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to be used to get from job to job
• Liability car insurance
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Self-motivated and able to work alone.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction or warehouse work
• Experience in restaurant and hospitality roles
• Experience in retail/customer service.
