All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2026 season. Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Elite start at a minimum of $20/hr + tips. Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills. Want to work at a growing company. Sparkle Squad has opened multiple locations across Ontario as well as Halifax, Calgary and Vancouver.
