Requirements

Direct Experience Installing Windows and Doors is Mandatory as is all proper insurances.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
License: Must possess a valid Illinois Driver's License.
Background & Drug Screening: Ability to pass a background check and drug test if requested.
Transportation: Must own a reliable truck suitable for transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
Tools: Must own and maintain a full set of tools necessary for window and door installation.
Ability to lift 75 lbs or more.
Capable of working in various climates and weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Work Experience: Verifiable work history specific to window and door installation, demonstrating a track record of success in the field.
If applying for a subcontractor position, you will need to meet minimum insurance requirements and offer policy information for verification.
