The Customer Service Coordinator will assist the off site Direct to Consumer teams (E-Commerce and Wine Club) in driving the growth of the wine club and eCommerce businesses for the wineries. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a consistent, timely and professional manner with all customers and timely resolution of customer issues.
