As a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Your Wireless, you will be: Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment. Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates. Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month Coach your team members every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience. Develop your team members skills so they can be move up the career ladder at Your Wireless. Ensure your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless.
