About The Position

Organize and maintain complex Warehouse Management System data to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory tracking, ordering, picking, receiving, and shipping. This position works cross-functionally with multiple departments at the Distribution Center and corporate office to ensure a smooth flow of product.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of order and warehouse management software
• Must possess valid drivers license
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting and process flow abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily reports in order to keep system inventory accurate and timely.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and enter new strategies into WMS software.
• Troubleshoot WMS and modify as appropriate.
• Systems data integrity and ensuring items are set up correctly
• Assist with administrative duties in other areas of Distribution Center as needed.
• Assist in other areas as needed (operations, problem resolution, etc.)
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
