Requirements
- Experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, or millwork
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
- Comfort using woodworking tools, machinery, and finishing equipment
- A steady hand, a problem-solver’s mindset, and a commitment to craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Shape, form, and assemble custom millwork components with expert-level precision
- Perform detailed finishing work to ensure every piece looks exceptional and is ready for installation
- Use a variety of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques to bring custom designs to life
- Interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications with accuracy and craftsmanship
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
- Contribute to the creation of high-end, custom-ordered casework and millwork projects
