About The Position

Description WordPress Design & Development Customize themes and templates using PHP, HTML, JS and CSS Leverage plugins to extend functionality Build and manage responsive page layouts that prioritize user experience (UX) and site speed Collaborate closely with marketing team to translate concepts into functional, vis Provide technical insights and usability recommendations during project planning and development phases Website Support & Maintenance Manage day-to-day updates for dealership sites on multiple CMS platforms Update pages, SEO content, banners, assets, and link structures, troubleshoot site issues, broken layouts or rendering bugs Maintain brand consistency and ensure clean, intuitive user experience across all properties Respond promptly and professionally to support requests Requirements Proficient in HTML & CSS Basic to intermediate with PHP (ie. WordPress themes, templates, and functions) Familiarity with JavaScript, Rest API or jQuery for interactive page elements Experience customizing themes, templates, and page layouts Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure best practices Solid web/graphic design skills (Figma or similar tools), including banners, hero sections, promotional graphics, and branded website visuals Plus to Have: Experience with optimizing page speed and performance preferred Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools preferred Experience with Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms is a plus Experience with MySQL and XML is a plus. Experience working with Creative/Design/Marketing firms or departments a plus. The annual salary range offered for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000. This is subject to change based on the candidate's level of experience and skillset. Requirements
