You will serve as a liaison for establishing and cultivating relationships with, but not limited to, participants, employers, and community agencies. The Seasonal Title I Youth WIOA Work Experience Case Manager supports the delivery of high-quality services for young people ages 14–24 participating in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program. This role focuses on determining eligibility, enrolling participants, coordinating work experience placements, facilitating workshops, and assisting with ongoing worksite support. The Case Manager helps ensure youth receive meaningful, career-building opportunities while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local WIOA requirements.
