PepsiCo is on a transformation journey with Workforce Management (WFM) to improve the time, pay and scheduling experience of our frontline teams. The program is globally reaching and has already had had a large and hugely positive impact for our frontline employees and leaders. As the program continues forward, this team will continue to ensure adoption of the current technology while also harmonizing policies and practices and deploying enhanced functionality to support our broader organizational transformation goals. This role will be responsible for executing the WFM People Solutions team’s strategy to maintain application quality and overall performance related to new changes and/or enhancements to the UKG Pro WFM platform. The incumbent(s) will be responsible for developing plans, testing best practices, and functional subject matter expertise to the business, vendors, and WFM capability and Enterprise Testing Services teams. This role will also closely partner with the WFM People Solutions Global Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams to analyze and provide functional support on validating WFM capabilities pre-deployment across all modules within the UKG Pro WFM platform.
