About The Position

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations and enhancements. Analyze existing workflows and processes in Workday to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration and development teams. Assist in the configuration of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business processes. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system changes meet business needs. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience with Workday. Stay informed about Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, or Payroll.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and system configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users on new systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
