Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives At CrossVue, we're looking to connect with people who bring deep federal experience and a passion for driving change through modern HR technology like Workday. If you have helped federal agencies modernize how they manage their workforce, hold a security clearance, or supported large or mid-size, complex organizations through transformation, we want to connect. Clearance eligibility or clearance experience is highly valued and may be required for certain roles. Workday experience is a plus and highly preferred, but not required. What matters most is your understanding of federal environments, change management, and delivering results at scale. Requirements

  • Deep federal experience
  • Passion for driving change through modern HR technology like Workday
  • Understanding of federal environments, change management, and delivering results at scale
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Transformation & Strategy, Change Management leaders, Federal HR Modernization and workforce transformation leaders, Functional & Strategy HCM Architects, Data and Reporting experts, Integrations Consultants
