Responsibilities Job SummaryThe Workday Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing HonorHealth’s Workday Financial Management platform. This role ensures data integrity, system performance, and compliance while enabling financial reporting, integrations, and process improvements. The analyst collaborates across Finance, IT, and operational teams to deliver accurate financial insights and drive platform efficiency.Essential FunctionsSystem Administration & Maintenance Manage Workday Financials configurations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and related modules. Monitor integrations, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate fixes with IT and vendors. Perform tenant refresh management, security audits, and background process monitoring. Release & Optimization Management Oversee release lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation. Maintain optimization calendar and execute functional updates for Finance workflows. Ensure compliance with change documentation standards (e.g., ServiceNow). Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Workday reporting tools. Monitor reporting performance and resolve issues proactively. Support audit processes and ensure data integrity for financial statements and operational metrics. Incident Response & End-User Support Respond to system incidents, troubleshoot issues, and submit Workday support cases. Provide training and documentation for Finance and operational teams. Collaborate on process improvements and automation initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. The above job responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work to be performed. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field - Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in Workday modules including Core Financials, Adaptive, Accounts Payable, and Banking and Treasury as well as Workday reporting tools including OfficeConnect.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree Business Administration or Technology Management - Preferred
  • Workday Financial Management certification - Preferred
