Ensures current, accurate, in-system guidance available in all modules, in English & Spanish Coordinates with module owners for guidance modifications to address feedback, defects and changes Plans use of additional guided activities and AI features to improve user experience through Journeys, Knowledge Management and Case Management tools Configures and maintain business processes, security and workflows for Help Module Maintain system documentation of module Works with business to ensure system guidance is up to date as system enhancements are made across the Workday platform Applies understanding of available technical resources; selects most relevant, innovative options as solutions Completes testing and regression testing of updates, including bi-annual Workday releases Re-processes / actively works to reengineer HR processes to leverage technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer-oriented
