About The Position

Workday Security Consultant Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. The Workday Security Consultant is responsible for serving as the liaison between the HR functional area and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions. How you will make an impact: Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs. Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues. Leads projects which impacts data maintenance on HRIS applications. Advises HR Business Partners on design and utilization of information systems. Manages program and project implementations. Provides direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Security Administration experience with governance/design strategy, security support models, business process security highly preferred.
  • Securable Item Permissions experience with being proficient with configuring domain and business process policies across multiple functions highly preferred.
  • HCM Security experience with understanding role-based, user-based, segmented groups role assignments highly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable on authentication practices and policies and multi-factor authentication highly preferred.
  • Workday HCM Security Certified preferred.
  • Knowledge and exposure with PRISM preferred.
