The Work:
Lead all aspects of technical development, testing and deployment, as well as a team of technical developers
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Provide leadership and solutioning or complex technical problems in client planning and delivery
Oversee collaboration with client and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes
Provide guidance and strategic direction with client leadership when establishing Workday project goals
Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives (including design and build activities)
Responsible managing and mitigating risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
Leads multiple technical teams from a solutioning, risk management and personnel perspective

Requirements

• Existing and up to date Workday Integrations Partner Certification and/or 6+ year hands-on Workday Integrations experience including full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation
• 10+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior solutioning role, preferably with a large consulting firm
• 3+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)
• 1+ year hands-on Workday Integrations experience & 1 Full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (enter quals) & ability to travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

• Prior Federal HR/IT experience
• WD Orchestrate/Studio experience
• Congruent designer and developer experience with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment
• Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
