About The Position

As a Senior Workday Integration Developer with deep expertise in Payroll and Benefits integrations, you will design, develop, and support complex Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, Inbound/Outbound EIBs, Core Connectors, data conversions, and custom reporting. Payroll configuration experience is a strong plus. Ideal candidates have hands-on technical depth, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable integrations. Requirements

Experience working in complex, integrated systems with both upstream and downstream dependencies and strong Studio experience
Extensive experience with data conversions, including mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover support
Strong experience with inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration is a strong plus
Experience with Workday Extend is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Design and Development of complex Workday integrations using:
Workday Studio - Experience with Greenhouse integration is preferred
Inbound and Outbound EIBs (with strong focus on Inbound EIBs)
Core Connectors (Payroll, Benefits, HCM)
Own end-to-end integration delivery for Payroll and Benefits vendors, including requirements gathering, technical design, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Design and execute data conversion strategies leveraging Inbound EIBs, Studio, and staging approaches for payroll, benefits, and HCM data
Develop and optimize Workday reports and calculated fields to support inbound integrations, data validation, and reconciliation
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into scalable integration solutions
Proactively identify integration risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Ensure integrations comply with Workday best practices, security standards, and governance models
