About The Position

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Workday Technology team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful Workday integration solutions. As a Manager, you guide the execution of our Workday integration strategy, maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision. You lead workshops with clients and 3rd party vendors to translate business requirements into Workday integration designs, advise clients on both industry and technology leading practices, and demonstrate technical specialization in implementing Workday integrations of various types.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of developing Workday HCM or FINS integrations
• Workday Pro certification(s)

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Organizational Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, or Finance preferred
• Workday Integration or Workday Studio certifications preferred
• Leading workshops with clients and 3rd party vendors
• Advising clients on industry and technology leading practices
• Understanding Workday technology, data conversion methodology, and tools
• Exploring design options creatively with clients and vendors
• Technical specialization in implementing Workday integrations
• Leading technical workstreams and coordinating with module leads
• Technical integration experience with external 3rd parties
• Proficiency with SaaS application delivery on a global level
