Requirements

• Active P&C license
• 4+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage
• Proficiency with AMS 360, Salesforce, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Proven track record of maintaining a book of business within the Artisan sector - painters, roofers, electrician, janitorial, and construction accounts
• Proficient in commercial insurance products, including workers' compensation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters
• Addressing client inquiries, furnishing comprehensive coverage information, and effectively resolving matters on billing, claims, and policy specifics
• Adept at analyzing and resolving complex insurance-related issues
• Inspire and guide the assistant account managers to build a thriving, collaborative team and achieve outstanding success together!
• Proactively identifying opportunities for new business development and cross-selling relevant insurance products to existing clients
