Serves as subject matter expert in workforce insights, forecasts, planning and strategies, developing and executing workforce planning processes to anticipate talent needs, and providing guidance and support on ways to address the needs. Defines and manages measurement processes to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition and development processes, partnerships, and tools from talent sourcing through vendor management and talent deployment. Gathers internal and external intelligence and translates information into actionable data and/or recommendations. This role offers hybrid flexibility. It requires regular onsite presence for meetings, trainings, and various events primarily across the Sacramento region and the San Francisco Bay Area.
