The Workforce Planning Lead operates at an enterprise level, combining advanced workforce analytics, resource planning strategy, and consulting‑style stakeholder advisory. The role owns the design and governance of workforce and resource reporting, translates business strategy into scalable workforce insights, and partners cross‑functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Delivery leadership. The position is accountable for setting standards for utilization, bench management, fulfillment metrics, and workforce transparency, while leading continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operating rhythms. It regularly engages executive stakeholders, shapes decision‑making through data‑driven insights, and operates with significant autonomy in a highly complex environment. Combine advanced technical analytics and systems expertise with consulting-grade workforce and resource strategy to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, Finance, HR, IT, and Delivery. The role ensures workforce data, resource planning, and reporting infrastructure are scalable, auditable, and decision ready. Blend hands-on technical capabilities with the strategic workforce leadership, operating at an enterprise and executive level; develop, test, and maintain custom and standard PowerBI dashboards. Maintain a centralized, strategic view of talent supply, demand, skills, and deployment across the enterprise. Guide resource allocation decisions across internal staff and external labor (contractors, vendors, 1099s), balancing utilization, cost, and growth priorities. Lead bench strategy, including redeployment, upskilling, and alignment with future demand signals. Establish and monitor KPIs related to fulfillment speed, utilization, bench cost, and workforce efficiency. Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Human Capital, Delivery, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across resource management and workforce planning.
