About The Position

Perform assigned duties specific to the operational needs of the operating department where the internship is performed.
Communicate effectively with department mentor and departmental staff.
Perform specific tasks under the guidance of staff to support program activities.
Ensure that punctuality is an essential function of the job.
Provide feedback at the end of the internship to coordinator to help improve the internship program.
Demonstrate the following core values: trustworthiness, responsibility, respect, fairness, caring, and citizenship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Student.
• Must be able to work 19 hours a week during 6-8 week internship.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions in written and verbal form.
• Demonstrates ability to perform responsibilities under direct supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow documentation such as safety procedures, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
