Job Summary Execute long term planning (typically 4 weeks to 18+ months or more) including forecasting and scheduling. Partners closely with business stakeholders to optimize staffing capacity and service levels for multiple lines of business. Execute monthly forecasting process to provide insight and recommendations to the budgeting and CAP process.
