The Ambassador role at JLL is a crucial position, serving as the initial point of contact for both client employees and the public. As the Ambassador, you will be a brand liaison and should focus on positively impacting guests and employees through your enthusiasm and ability to provide successful solutions and outcomes. You will need to be knowledgeable about the building and business processes, capable of welcoming guests/customers and assisting with requests and achieving a high level of service delivery with our client and providers. A successful individual in this role has strong organizational skills, looks for opportunities to support site needs, and exudes professionalism. This position is responsible for delivering as described in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and will be measured by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the assigned facility, directly contributing to JLL's commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence. What your day-to-day will look like: Greet all incoming guests, visitors, and employees with an outstanding professional, interpersonal, and hospitable approach Assist visitors with contacting their host/hostesses while adhering to building/floor specific security access processes and policies; issue temporary badge access and maintain visitor log records Answer inquiries and requests about the local market, sites, business, amenities, and operations through strong knowledge base and hospitality engagement Coordinate conference room reservations, catering requests, deliveries, and breakroom snack replenishment with local vendors Serve as JLL onsite main point of contact for all JLL vendors, contractors, service delivery, work order requests, and client interactions; align on monthly KPI scores and create/present PowerPoint presentations for client monthly/quarterly meetings Answer incoming phone calls, perform administrative projects (mailings, packages, data entry, receiving/distributing mail, faxes, emails), and collaborate with Executive Assistant(s) to coordinate vendors and building maintenance Maintain front desk and lobby areas in a neat and organized manner in compliance with all JLL and client expectations (SLAs and KPIs); act as JLL site safety champion for Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace (Maps, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, visitors, and vendor partners
  • Strong customer service orientation with professional demeanor and etiquette
  • Ability to collect data, keep accurate records, and prepare reports and presentations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or hospitality experience
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively
