Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and guests, delivering a polished, first-class reception experience and ensuring meeting spaces are fully prepared.
  • Anticipate needs, provide hands-on assistance to visitors and employees, and ensure seamless daily office operations.
  • Oversee conference room scheduling, manage daily office calendars, and coordinate reservations to optimize space utilization.
  • Manage visitor registration, badge coordination, mail handling, and adhere to all security and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain office and kitchen inventory, oversee workplace upkeep, and liaise with vendors and courier services.
  • Provide first-level AV assistance, support onsite events, and contribute to office analytics by tracking trends and usage data.
