About The Position

The Workplace Experience Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests within a designated building. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.

  • Experience in facility management.
  • Vendor management skills.
  • Administrative assistance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Office Services Operations by maintaining smooth day-to-day office functions, including coordinating with facilities vendors and internal teams.
  • Set up and maintain conference rooms, ensuring they are properly arranged before scheduled meetings, including furniture arrangement, equipment checks, and supply replenishment.
  • Manage outgoing mail by overseeing the distribution of incoming mail and packages and coordinating shipments.
  • Provide general administrative support through tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, supply inventory management, and other ad hoc duties.
  • Handle and lift boxes and carts up to 50 lbs or more as part of regular job duties.
