About The Position

We’re looking for a Workplace Coordinator in San Francisco to own our office operations and drive a first-class employee experience. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from facility management to vendor relations. This is a contract position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in workplace, facilities and/or office coordination
  • Customer service driven and strong problem solving skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting basic IT issues (ie conference room connectivity)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior start-up and/or tech industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Office Operations: Greet visitors, handle incoming mail/deliveries, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and building management.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct regular floor walks to ensure workspaces, meeting rooms, and kitchens are clean, functional, and organized.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with cleaning crews, maintenance technicians, and catering services.
  • Procurement: Monitor and restock office supplies, snacks, and equipment.
  • Employee Experience: Assist with onboarding new hires, planning internal events, and managing desk assignments.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure office safety protocols are met and assist with emergency preparedness plans.
