About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating an exceptional workplace experience for not only our employees, but customers, dignitaries, and collaborators. This role will manage the appearance of GE Vernova’s Advanced Research Center including, but not limited it, janitorial, landscaping, and plowing services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field, such as facilities management, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Workplace Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensure that the workplace is clean and well-maintained, including common areas, offices, and restrooms. Manage the cleaning, landscaping, and plowing schedules and ensure that all areas are tour ready at all times. Identify and report any maintenance issues to the facilities team.
  • Material Management: Manage the inventory of office supplies, paper products, and other materials or consumables. Ensure that all necessary materials are stocked and available for employees. Coordinate with vendors to order and receive materials.
  • External Landscape and Plowing: Manage the external landscape and plowing services, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors. Ensure that the exterior of the building is well-maintained, including landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.
  • Visitor Coordination: Coordinate customer and collaborator visits in partnership with the communications team and mission leaders. Ensure that all visitors are greeted and escorted to their destination. Provide information and support to visitors as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with employees, visitors, and vendors to ensure that all needs are met. Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that all maintenance and repair issues are addressed.

  • For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,700.00 and $149,700.00.
