This highly visible leadership role partners closely with Sodexo’s C‑suite executives and plays a key part in shaping the workplace experience for our elite corporate environment. As the senior on‑site leader, you will oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, guide a talented team, and champion initiatives that elevate hospitality, food service excellence, and executive engagement. Requirements

  • Strong background in hospitality or food service management
  • Proven success managing budgets , forecasting, and financial outcomes
  • A leadership style that inspires teams and builds trust
  • Experience navigating high-profile clients or executive environments
  • Ability to manage multi-site operations and off-site production workflows
  • A passion for delivering exceptional workplace experiences
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Pike & Rose Headquarters: Café operations
  • Catering (executive, high-end, and large‑scale events)
  • Mailroom services (limited scope)
  • Research Grove: Coffee bar with premium grab‑and‑go offerings
  • Oversight of a thriving $250K annual business unit
  • Lead and mentor a team consisting of:
  • 1 Executive Chef
  • 8 dedicated hourly team members
  • Manage off‑site kitchen production and ensure culinary excellence
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Deliver executive‑level catering: dinners, receptions, VIP events
  • Build influential relationships with Sodexo’s C‑suite and senior stakeholders
