Position Summary In your role as a Workplace Operation Specialist you'll work with a talented group of professionals supporting Samsung Austin Semiconductor.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in a Data Analysis or related function
• Excellent Skills of MS Office Products
• Advanced Project Management
• Bachelor degree required
• Strong Time management skills and organizational/ logistics skills
• All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor require you to be onsite.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Workplace Solutions Capital Budget
• Coordinating the Workplace Solutions Budget Communication with HQ and Finance stakeholders
• Tracking the Workplace Solutions Expenses on a Monthly basis
• Evaluating and coordinating cost saving tracking and monitoring
• Managing Workplace Solutions Vendor Contracts
