WORSHIP ARTS COORDINATOR
About The Position
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a highly organized and relational Worship Arts Coordinator to support the Worship department at the Troy Campus. This role provides essential administrative, logistical, and communication support to ensure worship services, special events, and ministry initiatives are executed with excellence. Reporting to the Worship Lead Director, the Worship Arts Coordinator helps manage department calendars, coordinate projects and special events, support volunteer onboarding, and maintain key systems such as Planning Center Online. This individual will work closely with worship staff, volunteers, and other ministry teams to ensure smooth service planning and clear communication across departments. The role also includes regularly serving during Sunday services and special events as part of the worship or production teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative or ministry support experience, preferably in a church or multi-campus environment
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with Planning Center Online and ministry-related software preferred
- This position requires membership and regular participation at Woodside's Troy campus
