About The Position

This role combines yard labor, equipment cleaning, and light maintenance. You will clean, inspect, and prepare our fleet of equipment—campers, restroom trailers, bunk and shower trailers, portable toilets, and related assets—while helping maintain an organized, safe yard and facility. Our customers rely on the quality and cleanliness of our equipment for their events and job sites.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License (required).
  • At least one (1) year of cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Proven experience as a cleaner with the ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery (vacuums, carpet cleaners, pressure washers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling practices; familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS).
  • Strong customer service mindset and pride in delivering clean, well-presented equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Good time management, reliability, and basic decision-making/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain OSHA Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment (training provided).
  • Stand for long periods and walk for up to 30 minutes at a time without exertion.
  • Sit while operating equipment (e.g., forklift) and stand while servicing products.
  • Use hands and fingers to handle, control, and feel objects, tools, and controls; perform repetitive motions.
  • Bend, twist, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and squat as required for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Enter and exit equipment by stepping and kneeling.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs from waist to shoulders and 30 lbs from floor to overhead.
  • Push and pull up to 150 lbs horizontally.
  • Adequate vision to see details at close range and at a distance; ability to hear and distinguish sounds; speak clearly and understand others.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, stock, and prepare equipment (trailers, campers, portable toilets, sinks, etc.) including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and ceiling vents.
  • Launder bedding, rugs, curtains, and other soft goods used in units.
  • Check, wash, repair, paint, and store toilets, containers, and other company equipment.
  • Use steam cleaners, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment for deep cleaning of assets.
  • Perform and document routine inspection activities on units before delivery and upon return, addressing minor repairs as needed.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., deep cleans, event turnarounds, seasonal projects).
  • Assist with retrofitting and preparing special or high-end units.
  • Conduct general facility and yard maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep of grounds and work areas.
  • Keep the wash pad, supply rooms, and yard areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
  • Monitor and report materials and supplies used throughout the day; restock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Notify management of equipment issues, needed adjustments, or repairs.
  • Operate a forklift for loading and unloading assets (toilets, sinks, trailers, etc.) and occasionally operate a service truck as needed.
  • Follow all company safety rules and health regulations, use required PPE, and promptly report hazards and incidents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
