Yard Foreman
About The Position
Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. Enterprise Precast is currently searching for a Yard Foreman for our Kansas City, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising finishing and yard operations for our architectural precast concrete manufacturing facility. You will be working directly with the Plant Manager to make sure all personnel are allocated correctly and work on scheduling of incoming finished product and outgoing loads. Candidates will also be responsible for power washing and sand blasting finished product.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent Lead/Supervisory/Management skills
- 5+ years of equipment operating experience (Forklifts, Skid Loaders, Lifts, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work outside for most of your shift
- Good communication skills
