This role is a critical part of keeping production moving smoothly at our Auburndale facility. The CDL Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently managing trailer movements within the yard, ensuring production lines are serviced on time and materials are positioned at the correct dock doors. Operating a yard mule and, when needed, forklifts or other material-handling equipment, this position directly supports plant operations, safety, and productivity. Success in this role is measured by safe driving practices, accurate equipment inspections, timely trailer placement, and strong communication with production and logistics teams to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow. The schedule for this role is Monday -Friday from 9:00pm-5:30am with occasional Saturdays. During the first 30 days this role will train on 1st shift, Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm. The pay rate is $26.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential when working 3rd shift.
