About The Position
The Yard Worker will ensure Ironclads containers are cleaned, repaired, and fully operational for rental. This role involves performing a variety of general labor tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform minor mechanical repairs on equipment at customer sites. Conduct pump and hose evaluations and repairs. Set up and disassemble equipment as needed. Pressure wash equipment and perform berm repairs. Handle labeling and inventory management tasks. Load and unload equipment. Perform minor welding and electrical work. Carry out general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience with general labor and general repairs
- High School Diploma or GED
- Welding experience preferred
- Current Driver's License
- Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.
