About The Position

Are you a Yoga Instructor ready to help build something new from the ground up? Solterra Wellness Club is opening in Polaris in early 2026, and we’re hiring founding instructors to deliver elevated, accessible yoga experiences—and help shape the culture of a boutique wellness destination where movement feels inspiring, personal, and transformative. Solterra Wellness Club is a sanctuary for whole-body well-being, blending modern fitness with restorative wellness experiences. Opening Early 2026 at The Galaxy in Polaris, our boutique club offers group Pilates and yoga, infrared saunas, heated ceramic loungers, and an upscale juice and coffee bar. Members enjoy thoughtfully designed spaces, advanced equipment, and a community built around balance, strength, and renewal. Whether your goal is to move, restore, or simply reset, Solterra provides a stellar destination for mind, body, and spirit.

Requirements

Yoga certification (e.g., RYT 200+ or equivalent training).
Strong coaching and communication skills (clear cueing, presence, and professionalism).
Experience teaching a range of clients and class formats.
Passion for community, wellness, and continuous learning.
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to opening).

Nice To Haves

Experience with heated yoga , mobility-focused flows, yin/restore, power vinyasa, or specialty formats.
Comfort teaching to music and coaching mixed-level rooms.

Responsibilities

Teach engaging private and group yoga classes with clear, confident instruction and thoughtful sequencing.
Deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in safety, alignment, breath, and appropriate modifications for all levels.
Create a welcoming studio environment that supports consistency, community, and member retention.
Collaborate with the Solterra team on workshops, special events, pop-ups, and community offerings .
Represent Solterra Wellness Club’s values as a professional, reliable wellness ambassador.
