  • Assist current and potential customers by answering product and service questions related to the product.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concerns; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Process customer payments and adjustments.
  • Receive customers' requests by telephone or email, analyze requests, provide the information requested or ascertain who can best provide the information, and route the request to the proper person.
  • Knowledge of product line, pricing, delivery time, and similar data, as directed.
  • Onboard and follow up with new affiliates.
  • Assist with monthly affiliate commission payments.
  • Contact underwriter to open claims for customers.
  • Complete weekly and monthly customer data imports.
  • Various administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned.
  • Grow our digital presence through content development, email marketing, and social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Craft dynamic and creative content for the travel/travel insurance industry with helpful tips, tricks, travel resources, destination insights, and safety information.
  • Create visually appealing graphics/visuals to coordinate with appropriate content and social media posts.
  • Complete monthly marketing metric reports.
  • Advanced study beyond a high school diploma or minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of related marketing experience (digital strategy, communications, marketing, planning, social media, etc.).
  • Strong written and spoken English language communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with marketing and design platforms like Mailchimp and Canva.
  • $19 - 22 per hour, pursuant to experience.
