YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES Our Youth Apprentices play an important role in supporting daily operations and gaining hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment. During the summer months, apprentices typically work 20–40 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime during weekdays and on Saturdays. Overtime is paid at one and one‑half (1.5x) the regular hourly rate. During the school year, schedules are flexible to accommodate academic commitments. All work schedules are based on customer demand; while many weeks may reach 40 hours, this is not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Must be a current high school junior or senior
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience is preferred but not required
